Delete your Bowrly account
In the app
- Open Bowrly and go to Profile › Settings › Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
- You are signed out and your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email hello@bowrly.au from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, posts, comments, messages you sent, fit check-ins, stash, haul, wardrobe, saved offers, Updates, preferences, sizes, About you details and activity. It is removed from the live database immediately and from backups within 30 days.
What may remain
- De-identified totals that can't be linked back to you (for example, a fit summary's counts).
- Messages other people sent you stay in their copy of the chat.
- Records we must keep by law, such as reports of illegal content, for as long as required.
